1. Order Processing & Fulfillment

  • All items are made to order and typically take 2-3 weeks to process before shipping.
  • Orders cannot be changed or canceled once they are placed.
  • You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.

Shipping times depend on your location and the product ordered. Below are estimated delivery times after fulfillment:

5. Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Shipments

  • We are not responsible for carrier delays due to weather, customs, or high shipping volumes.

6. International Shipping & Customs

  • International orders may be subject to customs fees, duties, or import taxes, which are the responsibility of the customer.
  • Customs processing may cause additional delays beyond our estimated delivery times.

7. Incorrect Addresses & Returns

  • If you provide an incorrect shipping address and your order is returned, you will be responsible for reshipping fees.
  • Orders returned as "unclaimed" will not be refunded but can be reshipped at the customer’s expense.
