At IDIDNTSAYITBUTIFELTIT, each item is made to order just for you! Because of this, we are unable to offer refunds or exchanges for wrong sizes or buyer’s remorse. However, if there is an issue with your order, we’re here to help!

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Orders

If your item arrives misprinted, damaged, or defective, we will gladly offer a replacement at no additional cost. Please contact us within 7 days of delivery with:

• Your order number
• A clear photo of the issue

Once approved, we will send a replacement or issue a refund if necessary.

Wrong Address or Unclaimed Orders

If an incorrect address is entered at checkout or the package is unclaimed, we cannot offer a refund. The order may be reshipped at the customer’s expense.

Cancellations & Changes

Since all orders are made on demand, we cannot cancel or modify orders once they are placed. Please double-check your details before completing checkout!
